This chonk is loaded to roll 20s. Inside there are lead weights and a hollow orb. It won't roll exclusively 20s, but it will roll a lot of them (see last photo for the clear version loaded to roll 20s).
This loaded d20 is slightly translucent, allowing you to see the weights inside.
This listing is for an oversized d20 (27mm) with the Interstellar Dice logo on the 20 face.
